I'm 90 and I Know It...

After a six day, short handed, hectic week from hell we decided to take Sunday off for a rafting trip down the Payette. The stretch of the river we floated was mostly calm, the water was relatively warm, and there were enough rapids to keep things from getting boring. Overall it was an excellent first experience and whet my appetite for more.

The only downside is the fact that my neck did not take kindly to the trip - thus the extra short post. Now, if you will excuse me, I am going to spend some quality time with my new best friends: Aleve, ice packs, and Bengay.

"You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt; as young as your self-confidence, as old as your fear; as young as your hope, as old as your despair."

It's a combination of sources. I collect quotes that I like or find inspiring and email/text them to myself for later use.
